If you are not happy with the response you received, most likely it is because the response from the professional was not what you anticipated. Please know that Blazetrak is as much a place to learn about improving, as it is a place to gain opportunity.
On the other hand if you suspect that a professional is not
fulfilling their obligation in the response or abusing the Blazetrak system in anyway, please let us know. Also, let us know if your video response is not technically working. If there is a technical issue after the response is completed simply click the "report technical error" button next to the respective submission listed in your profile.
