I have not received my response within the guaranteed time, what are my options?

For all non-premium account members, if it has been 30 calendar days and you have not received your response then you can wait for the response to be completed or have your credits returned. To request a return of credits after 30 days, log into your account and view the pending submission - click the button that says "request credit" next to the applicable transaction. Your credit(s) will be returned to your profile immediately.
