If I submit for a return of credits regarding technical issues - how long will it take before I am emailed a decision?

Once you have received your response, a button will appear next to that transaction.  That button will say, "report technical error".  Click the "report technical error" button and briefly explain your issue to our investigative team. If it is determined that a tech issue exists you will receive a return of your credits within 48 hours.  If it is determined that your response works properly than you will be notified via email of such.
