I received my response and did not like what I heard. Can I request a return of my credits?

You cannot request a return of your credits unless you are experiencing technical issues with your response and we are not able to furnish you with a corrected video within 48 hours of your report. Remember that critical feedback can sometimes be hard to hear. In some cases it may be the best thing for us. At the end of the day you are paying for exposure to the professional of your choice.
